This comprehensive course describes how companies use processes to manage and improve their organizations.  Participants will learn what processes are (detailed, mid-level, strategic) and why it is important to identify and manage these processes instead of only managing tasks.  They will learn the basics of process documentation, including process mapping, and how to measure the success of these processes.  Process management helps organizational leaders to see the big picture from start to finish highlighting where interfaces occur and how to identify and reduce waste within the process flow.
