Premium
Premium support is designed to meet the needs of the corporate world. This
support is aimed for an audience that needs and expects a higher level of
support. Premium support is available world-wide is offered at 20% of the base
price of inProcess plus the cost of additional User/builder licenses.
Standard
The Standard level of support is designed for the smaller business or
personal user where cost is more of a concern. Standard support is available
nationwide is offered at 15% of the base price of inProcess plus the cost of
additional User/builder licenses.
