Dedicated in 1983, Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC) is one of the most modern health care facilities in the southwest part of New Mexico. As the largest hospital in a 100-mile radius, GRMC is the southwest New Mexico's medical hub, a provider of wide range services and medical specialties to the people of Grant, Luna, Hidalgo and Catron counties respectively. 

GRMC‘s process goals are to map out their processes providing consistency among departments, and break down any barriers or “silos” between functional areas.  In addition they want to continue their Malcolm Baldrige quality path by focusing on continually improving process performance. GRMC is anticipating a major IT purchase in 2013, and wants their processes to be set in place before that occurs.

PMCS has been contracted  to implement a well developed Process Management Center, utilizing our software inProcess™ v 4.1, developing and  implementing processes in the areas of Admissions, Radiology, Surgery Center, Rehabilitation, Cancer Center, IT and in the Administration departments. PMCS will also be conducting training classes in User, Process Management 101, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
