Waste Management Signs On With inProcess™ & PMC Solutions

PMC Solutions, Inc. completed training and installation in April for Waste Management, a Fortune 500 company. The company’s Phoenix TeleCenter is taking charge to restructure and organize their processes. As the leader in the industry, Waste Management constantly seeks to improve the way they do business. Director Brian Culp recognized the need to implement, standardize and share processes not only at the TeleCenter but within the corporate infrastructure, too.

PMCS training staff received stellar feedback from the Waste Management participants. We are just as thrilled as they are to begin the process mapping journey to quality.

Message from the CEO
CEO Alberto Garza

In this age of efficiency brought on by reduced staff and increased workloads, putting out fires becomes almost second nature. By taking the time to develop systematic processes you can ensure that the fires are fewer and farther between, and spend your time doing the things that drive your organization. Don’t let inefficiency creep into your organization. Develop sound business processes. Share them with everyone in your organization. Soon you’ll find your team is marching to the same beat.
