Waste Management Signs On With
inProcess™ & PMC Solutions

PMC Solutions, Inc. completed
training and installation in April for Waste
Management, a Fortune 500 company. The company’s
Phoenix TeleCenter is taking charge to restructure
and organize their processes. As the leader in the
industry, Waste Management constantly seeks to
improve the way they do business. Director Brian
Culp recognized the need to implement, standardize
and share processes not only at the TeleCenter but
within the corporate infrastructure, too.
PMCS training staff received stellar
feedback from the Waste Management participants. We
