Our diverse staff is our most treasured asset and represents our real competitive advantage in the project management marketplace. 90% of our staff has Bachelors Degrees (BS/BA) and over 70% possess advanced degrees (MBA/MS/MA) from leading academic institutions. In addition to advanced degrees, our people are well trained and qualified by the Project Management Institute with Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications. The members of PMCS process team also bring deep and broad experiences from some of the leading global strategy consulting firms, government agencies, the U.S. Armed Forces, and Global 500 corporations. Meet Some of our Staff
Alberto Garza, President / CEO
Alberto was born and raised in South Tejas (Texas); New Mexico Highlands University 1977 alumni. Some personal accomplishments, General Manager at 30, Owner and CEO at 40. Alberto has been the Chief Executive Officer of PMC Solutions Inc since 1993. Mr. Garza and his associates were successful in certifying PMCS as a SBA 8a company in 1995, and then successfully graduating from the program in 2002, using this program as a major milestone for the continual success of PMCS Project Management support services in the federal market.
PMCS has grown to a successful profitable company under Alberto's leadership. He has helped achieve business results while simultaneously creating a climate that fosters professional growth and strong commitment to servicing the customer. In 2002, Alberto strategically added Business Process Management services and introduced PMCS own quality mapping/documentation software tool name "Mapper," later changed to "inProcess" to our federal clients (Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers). PMCS now offers inProcess to government and non-government customers, plus multiple industries ranging from medical to higher education.
Ray Lamont, BPM Manager
Ray has built teams and excelled at organizational, project/program, and quality management engagements. His range of IT leadership spans over 30 years from scientific studies an simulation modeling to complex integration programs and organization re-engineering, process improvement, and quality assurance and certification successes. His industry experience in healthcare, government, consulting, finance, utilities and telecommunications is available to serve PMC Solutions' diverse client-base.
Growing up in an Air Force family, serving as a pilot in the Air Force, and being a project director and consultant included traveling throughout North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. This serves him in facilitating customers and PMC Solutions' expert staff in defining and implementing process-driven leadership solutions and strategies using the premier (mapping, simultaneous documentation and multi-media reference/attachment linking) software tool, inProcess, to meet today's technological and business challenges.
Ray's outside interests include hiking the Sandia Mountains and national parks, working on community and church service projects and especially sharing time with his artist wife at weaving galleries and art museums.
