 This comprehensive workshop teaches how to systematically breakdown complex business processes into smaller elements, how to effectively and efficiently map the processes, define process metrics, and improve overall process performance.

Participants will learn how to identify disconnects in their processes and how to improve cycle-time, cost and resource allocations.  There are no prerequisites for this course; participants will learn the skills at a comfortable level.
