initiatives in your organization. inProcess uses web-based process maps to
ensure that all employees are immediately aware of operational changes and
have access to the most recent versions of regulations, procedures, resource
materials, and other documents. This instant availability provides
unparalleled knowledge sharing, which in turn fosters high-quality,
efficient service, and ongoing process improvement.
inProcess provides a range of tools to help your company develop a Quality
Management System—and possibly beyond to an ISO-compliant system. Interactive
and customizable, inProcess can redefine and improve the way you do business.
The Way It Works

Features Include:
Enhanced, Interactive Process Maps: Allows you to use
interactive links to attach forms, work instructions, web sites, images, and
email addresses.
Automatic Graphic-to-Text Function: Allows you to create both
graphic and text documents by only entering the information once; the software
automatically captures the text—and your changes—in both places.
Web Site Security: Confidential processes can be kept hidden
from unauthorized users. When a user logs on, an Active Server Page queries a
database for authentication. For additional security, SSL encryption can be
used.
Audit Reports: Create graphs and charts online for approved
users, including total number of unique users signing into the Business Process
Management Center daily; number of processes being viewed by a user for any
given time period; list of processes being viewed; the amount of time to
complete individual tasks and the process itself; and display of process
ownership.
Real-Time Updates: Everyone in the organization can immediately
view changes online, whether you're in the same building or thousands of miles
away.
Tracked Changes: Tracks all changes made to each process, an
invaluable change control tool for audits.
Process Owners: A process owner is assigned to each process,
and only that owner can approve changes. This not only eliminates information
errors in process updates, but also provides an additional configuration
management feature.
