PMCS’ Program/Project Management Portal combines communications, documentation, searchable efficiency, accessible information, and security into one convenient, user friendly customized site. Using Microsoft SharePoint, PMCS communication project subject matter experts design, develop, implement and maintain customer’s specific project needs. Not all programs/projects are created equal that is why PMCS personnel customizes portals to meet our customers’ project management culture. Our Portals consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Design of a dynamic communication tool (Portal) with the Project team and the customers’ needs and interest, following generally accepted Project Management Institute (PMI) criteria.
Creation of a uniform master filing database system that serves as a documentation, communications and correspondence repository, and distribution system, making it simple for the project team to navigate thru the portal for information.
Implementation of a calendar management system (designed for meetings that are general to the project including the collection and posting of minutes), Contract Management, Change Management process and repository, Project Management Plans (PMPs), Task Orders, Project Management status reporting. The Project team will be trained on the most efficient use of the Portal.
PMCS personnel will maintain the Portal site to the highest level of security, quality assurance, customer project compliance, meeting any level of reviews or audits.
