Using our proprietary process mapping tool inProcess®, we capture the information from our Company Analysis, and the project flow of work, in a customized process website - so your entire project team understands how the project will be run.


Tracking: Once the project schedule and budget are developed, approved and base-lined, PMC Solutions works closely with your team to maintain and track the results. Ongoing analysis and reporting provides the visibility necessary for a successful project.


Corrective Action: When the schedule deviates from your original baseline, our staff analyzes the key contributing factors and establishes corrective action steps to return to or improve current date estimates.
